(A) - Chromatogram illustrating the IEC step with Seplife® LXMS 50HQ. 15 ml of the AFF Suno elution was pH adjusted to 8.5 and injected in the second column at a retention time 5 min. Elution was done in a step manner increasing the NaCl concentration to 17% for a first wash step and to 30% to elute the recombinant nanobody (10 ml elution fraction). (B) SDS-PAGE reduced conditions to show the purity of the different fractions.
